Team Manager:Update from before 2015

With January 1st, 2015 there is a new software registration system in place. For you this means, you will need a new Splash usernumber and password to activate the Team Manager on your computer the first time you install an update from 2015.

You can use the following form to retreive your registration information:

This email will contain the new login / activation information only. For old serial numbers, please use helpdesk.geologix.ch.

Update Process

The first new update will not be recognized automatically by your current installation. You have to download it from our site and start the install manually.

If you install the update in the same "data directory", it should automatically recognize your existing database. However, we recommend the following update process:

  • Make a backup of your current database. Either you copy your "Team10.mdb" file manually in a save place or you create a backup using menu "File" - "Backup database".
  • Uninstall your current Team Manager installation
  • Install the new version, launch and activate it.
  • If you made a copy of your database (Team10.mdb): Goto "File" - "Settings" and check your current database location (normally this is "C:\ProgramData\Team Manager\Team.mdb"). Then close Team Manager and replace the empty Team.mdb with your backup (Team10.mdb) file.
  • If you created a backup from Team Manager, use "File" - "Restore database" to load your data again.
